Who Can Apply

The IMC Ladies’ Wing Jankidevi Bajaj Puraskar is open to:

  • Women entrepreneurs who have created and are running self-sustaining enterprises.
  • Groups or cooperatives led by a woman.
  • Enterprises that positively impact rural communities — by creating employment, improving livelihoods, advancing education, or raising standards of living.
  • Both urban- and rural-based women entrepreneurs may apply, provided their work benefits rural communities.

Who Cannot Apply

The Puraskar is not open to:

  • Men entrepreneurs: Businesses/enterprises established or run by men.
  • NGOs or trusts that depend mainly on donations, CSR funds, or grants.
  • Government departments or projects funded entirely by the state/centre.
  • Initiatives that are primarily charitable or relief-based without a self-sustaining model.
