No. The Puraskar is for self-sustaining enterprises, not NGOs dependent on grants or CSR funds.
Yes, if their enterprise’s work creates meaningful impact in rural communities.
Yes, provided the woman is the key leader or co-leader, and her role is central to the enterprise.
Yes. The Puraskar recognises women-led enterprises that improve the lives of entire rural communities, not just women alone.
The winner receives a ₹10 lakh cheque and a citation.
One woman entrepreneur is chosen each year.
